When spreadsheets, WhatsApp, manual follow-ups, and disconnected tools become part of daily operations, the problem usually isn't the people.

The problem is the system.

I started my career in customer operations, where I saw how businesses handle customers, bookings, complaints, and everyday coordination. That gave me a practical view of how work actually gets done and where processes start to break down.

I later moved into software development, starting with frontend development and gradually taking on application logic, product development, and system-level thinking.

Working on both sides changed how I see technology:

Software should fit the business, not force the business to work around the software.

Today, I focus on understanding how a business operates, finding where the friction is, and turning those problems into practical software, whether that's an operational system, internal tool, automation, or a product built around a specific business need.

I’m building Alpha Brackets around this approach while continuing to grow as an engineer and problem solver.
